Dignitaries visit Delroy
Dubbo Delroy Girls Academy had the pleasure of meeting with The Hon. Gladys Berejiklian, Premier of NSW and The Hon. Sarah Mitchell MLC, Minister for Early Childhood Education, Minister for Aboriginal Affairs, and Assistant Minister for Education on Wednesday 12th September.
The dignitaries visited the Dubbo Delroy College Campus to find out more about the Girls Academy program. Students had the opportunity to share how the program has positively impacted upon their schooling, well-being and future planning.
We thank the Premier and Minister for taking the time to visit. We love sharing our positive program outcomes and highlighting the importance of this program for young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls.
